Need help with the ohheymow app? Email us and a person will answer. ohheymow is made by Rowan Tree Solutions LLC.

We answer within 3 business days, and within 24 hours for an urgent problem, such as not being able to sign in or notices that have stopped arriving. Start the subject with Urgent so we see it first.

Never send your password. We will never ask for it.

Help us find the problem faster

• What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.
• Your phone model and Android version, or the browser you use.
• The app’s version: in the app, open Settings → About and find the Version line.
• A screenshot, if it helps.

Not getting notifications?

1. In the app, open Settings → Notifications and press Send a test alert. The line above the button says what this device needs first.
2. If notifications are blocked, allow them for ohheymow in your phone’s or browser’s settings. On most Android phones: Settings → Apps → ohheymow → Notifications.
3. On the same page, press Turn on notifications if notifications are not on for this device yet. Then check which notices reach this device, and your quiet hours: quiet hours hold back visit reminders, account notices, daily notes, watches and advisories until they end, but never rain warnings or official warnings.
4. Official weather warnings are sent unless you switch them off under Official weather warnings. Watches and advisories stay off until you switch them on.
5. Still nothing? Email us with your phone model and the app’s version from Settings → About.

Requests from the app

Use Settings → Help → Send a request to ask for help, suggest a feature, ask about coverage or report wrong weather. It is saved in ohheymow’s own inbox, where a person reads every request. Tick Email me back if you want an answer at the address you sign in with. For something urgent, email us instead, with Urgent at the start of the subject.
