Refund policy
This policy covers ohheymow’s paid plans. Paddle.com, our online reseller and the merchant of record for all our orders, sells and bills them and processes every refund. The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
A full refund within 14 days
If ohheymow is not right for you, ask within 14 days and you get a full refund of:
- a new subscription’s first payment, counting from the day you paid; or
- a yearly renewal charge, counting from the day of the renewal.
When we refund a payment in full, we also cancel that plan’s renewal, so you are not charged again. Your account moves to the Free plan and keeps its records.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
Other payments
A payment more than 14 days old is not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If something went wrong on our side, for example you were charged twice or charged after you cancelled, tell us and we will put it right.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@ohheymow.com from the address you sign in to ohheymow with, or the address on Paddle’s receipt, or use the link in Paddle’s receipt email. Paddle processes the refund and returns the money to the payment method you paid with. How soon it appears depends on your bank or card provider. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
How to cancel
On the Plans page at app.ohheymow.com, press Cancel renewal, or use the link in Paddle’s receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; on its own, it does not refund a payment. Deleting your ohheymow account does not cancel a plan, so cancel its renewal first.
